Will DigitPaw look exactly like my pet?
DigitPaw is designed to feel familiar and emotionally close, inspired by your pet's photos. We avoid promising a perfect clone because quality can vary by photo set, breed, fur, and pose.
Where do I upload my pet photos?
Payment happens on the website. Photo upload and companion generation happen inside the DigitPaw app after you sign in with the same email used at checkout.
What photos work best?
Clear front, side, and full-body photos work best. Natural light, simple backgrounds, and several angles help DigitPaw preserve the details that make your pet recognizable.
How long does generation take?
The target experience is a few minutes per pet after upload. If a photo set needs a safer retry, it can take longer so the final companion stays usable.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is handled through Paddle, and you can cancel your monthly subscription from the Paddle customer portal before the next billing period.
